Model: UMIB 85

This medium size model belongs to a complete line of 3-station injection blow systems with clamp forces from 45 to over 189 metric ton. UMIB 85 features a unique tie bar clamp with heavy-duty cross arms, undertable hydraulics for oil-free mold area, horizontal reciprocating extruder mounted at floor level for fast, easy color change. Extruder with hybrid configuration  (electric recovery and hydraulic injection) available too. The closed-loop feedback control system offers fine tuning of critical injection ram speeds, pressures and cavity packing.
