Uniloy believes that as a leader in blow molding, it’s our responsibility to advance the technology and help it realize its true potential. We’re also committed to helping our customers get the most from their investments. That’s why we created Uniloy University – a unique new collection of resources that integrates education, research, and consulting.
At the core of Uniloy University are our training programs. We offer standard, advanced, and custom programs in technology, process optimization, troubleshooting, and industry-specific topics. All classes are taught by blow molding experts with decades of experience. Courses feature both classroom and hands-on instruction to ensure knowledge retention and allow students to put their new knowledge to work.
UNILOY TRAINING PROGRAMS – REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE
Thank you for expressing an interest in our Intermittent Extrusion Blow Molding Technology and Machine Operation Training Programs. The following information will help you decide when registering for the standard level and/or advanced level training courses for the Uniloy® Reciprocating Screw Series machine line. Both courses can be held at your plant or our training center in Tecumseh, Michigan. For other product machine lines, please contact us for course information and dates for in-plant training.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The standard level training course is intended for technical and management personnel interested in improving their company’s blow molding operations. For those with limited knowledge of blow molding practices, this course will increase their understanding of modern-day methods, providing insight into product improvements. Operators and maintenance personnel and those with greater awareness of blow molding technology will find this course valuable for its maintenance and trouble-shooting coverage.
The advanced level training course is intended for technical and management personnel who have already attended the standard level training course and for those individuals who have a greater awareness of blow molding technology. Major topics include removal of molds and platens, disassembling/assembling head, cleaning, inspection and measuring techniques, safety, as well as the starting and operating of the Reciprocating Screw Series machine.
If you need further information about the content of these training courses, please contact our Training Instructor Ryan Szymanski, directly at (517) 424-8752 or firstname.lastname@example.org
