ABOUT

Mr. Riley was appointed as CEO of the company after being recruited from the board of directors at Uniloy, Inc.  He brings a wealth of global manufacturing experience, particularly in Asia.  In addition to his role at the company, Mr. Riley serves on the board of Weaber Inc., a Cyprium portfolio company.  Previously, he served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, stationed in Korea.  Mr. Riley is a Certified Public Accountant and was a partner at Price Waterhouse.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Morehead State University and a Master of Science from the University of Kentucky.
